[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4568, June 19, 1965 ]

AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NATIONAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAGAWE, IFUGAO, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE IFUGAO NATIONAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. There shall be established under the super­vision of the Director of Vocational Education, a national school of arts and trades in the Municipality of Lagawe, Ifugao, Mountain Province, to be known as the Ifugao National School of Arts and Trades.SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said national school of arts and trades. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 19, 1965.
