[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3972, June 18, 1964 ]

AN ACT APPROVING ANY ASSIGNMENT, SALE, AND TRANSFER OF THE FRANCHISE GRANTED TO RAFAEL CONSING UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SIX HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN IN FAVOR OF MARCELINA S. AQUINO OF BUTUAN CITY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. Subject to the terms and conditions pre­scribed in Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred thirty-six, and to the provisions of the Constitution, approval is hereby given to any assignment, sale and transfer of the franchise granted to Rafael Consing to install, operate and maintain a telephone system in the City of Butuan, under Republic Act Numbered Six hundred ninety-seven, in favor of Marcelina S. Aquino of Butuan City, together with all the property and equipment acquired thereunder.SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 18, 1964.
