Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. Project Numbered Bp-272.6 for Ormoc City, page 208-A, Title B-Highways, Appendix 4 of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred thirteen, is hereby amended to read as follows:
