[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3053, June 17, 1961 ]
AN ACT PROVIDING MINIMUM COMPENSATION FOR CERTAIN MEMBERS OF THE CITY POLICE FORCE OF THE CITY OF CEBU, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION THIRTY-FIVE OF COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED FIFTY-EIGHT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. Section thirty-five of Commonwealth Act Numbered Fifty-eight is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new paragraph:"The following members of the City Police Force shall receive minimum compensation at the following rates:
| "Patrolmen and Patrolmen Detectives | P2,160.00 per annum |

| "Corporals and Corporal Detectives | 2,280.00 per annum |
| "Sergeants and Sergeant Detectives | 2,400.00 per annum |
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 17, 1961.
