[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2909, June 19, 1960 ]
AN ACT REAPPROPRIATING CERTAIN SUMS UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-THREE HUNDRED ONE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. Item 14 (b), page 530 of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and one, is amended to read as follows:"14. (b) Barrio school building, Sitio Saay, Barrio Can-asujan, Carcar—Construction of one room..................................... P4, 000.00."SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
