AN ACT 70 AMEND ITEM (7), TITLE A, GROUP 3-f, BATANES, PAGE 30, SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWELVE HUNDRED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. Item (7), Title A, Group 3-f, Batanes, page 30, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, is hereby amended to read as follows:"(7) Basco Elementary School buildings,Repair and/or improvement........................P2, 500.00"SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
