AN ACT REAPPROPRIATING CERTAIN SUMS UNDER REPUBLIC ACTS NUMBERED TWENTY-THREE HUNDRED ONE AND NINETEEN HUNDRED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The sums appropriated under item 6 (a), page 526 of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and one, to wit:"6. Carcar—(a) Cayam Primary School Building ........................P4, 000.00;"and item 11, page 448 of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred, to wit:"1. Cayam Primary School Building, Car—car  ...............................P 3, 000.00,"totalling in the amount of seven thousand pesos are here by re-appropriated for the construction of a two-room barrio school building, Noel type, in Bolinawan, Carcar.SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
