[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2140, April 07, 1959 ]
AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF HIGHWAY 54 IN THE PROVINCE OF RIZAL TO EPIFANIO DE LOS SANTOS AVENUE IN HONOR OF DON EPIFANIO DE LOS SANTOS, A FILIPINO SCHOLAR, JURIST AND HISTORIAN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The name of Highway 54 in the Province of Rizal is changed to Epifanio de los Santos Avenue in honor of Don Epifanio de los Santos, a son of said province and the foremost Filipino scholar, jurist and historian of his time.SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, April 7, 1959,
