AN ACT REPEALING SECTIONS TWO HUNDRED NINETY-SIX, TWO HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN, TWO HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT, TWO HUNDRED NINETY-NINE, AND THREE HUNDRED OF COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX, AS AMENDED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. Sections two hundred ninety-six, two hundred ninety-seven, two hundred ninety-eight, two hundred ninety-nine and three hundred, Chapter Eight, of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred sixty-six, as amended, are hereby repealed: Provided, That all fees to heretofore collected under the above-named sections of Commonwealth   Act  Numbered Four  hundred  sixty-six as amended, shall continue to be disbursed in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.SEC. 2. All fees uncollected under the above specified provisions of said Act are hereby condoned. SEC. 3.This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
