AN ACT TO AMEND COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED FOUR HUNDRED AND SIXTY-NINE ENTITLED "AN ACT APPROPRIATING EIGHT MILLION ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS FOR PUBLIC WORKS," AS AMENDED.
