AN ACT CONVERTING CERTAIN PROVINCIAL ROADS IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOILO INTO NATIONAL ROADS

Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled:

SECTION 1. The following provincial roads in the Province of Iloilo are converted into national roads:

 

(a) Lublub-Calao-Rosario-Cansilayan Road in the Municipality of Dumangas, Iloilo;

 

(b) Sulangan Junction-Patlad-Cayos-Batud-Fabrica-Balud-Maguina-Balabag Road in the Municipality of Dumangas, Iloilo;

 

(c) Lublub-Bolilao-Salad Road to Agcuyawan Road in Dumangas, Iloilo;

 

(d) Guimbal-Tubungan-Leon Road;

 

(e) Oton-Boray-Sta. Rita-Sta. Monica-Rizal-Sta. Clara-Alimodian Junction Road;

 

(f) Oton-Manbog-Kabuluan-Abilay-San Jose-San Miguel Junction Road;

 

(g) Tigbauan-Cordova-Alimodian Junction Road;

 

(h) Oton-San Nicolas-Cagbang-Pakiad-Mandurriao Junction Road;

 

(i) Miagao-Valencia-Igbaras-Bunga-Amorogtong-Tubungan Road.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary for the improvement and maintenance of said roads shall continue to be funded out from the lump sum appropriation authorized under Batas Pambansa Blg. 640 for the repair and maintenance of local roads, until such time that the maintenance funds for said roads shall have been provided for in the succeeding appropriations acts.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
