AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL WITH A TEN-BED CAPACITY AND SECONDARY LEVEL CAPABILITY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CULABA, SUB-PROVINCE OF BILIRAN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, TO BE KNOWN AS CULABA COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister, Ministry of Health, a ten-bed municipal hospital in the Municipality of Culaba, Sub-province of Biliran, Province of Leyte, to be known as the Culaba Community Hospital.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
