AN ACT CONVERTING THE EGUIA BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DASOL, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS EGUIA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled:
SECTION 1. The Eguia Barangay High School in the Municipality of Dasol, Province of Pangasinan, is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as Eguia National High School.
SEC. 2. The operation of said school for the current fiscal year shall continue to be funded out of local funds and from its share of national aid to local schools. The requirements for succeeding fiscal years shall he provided in the forthcoming General Appropriations Acts.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
