AN ACT TO CONSOLIDATE INTO ONE ACCOUNT ALL TAXES ON REAL PROPERTY AND THE PENALTIES THEREON DUE BUT UNPAID FOR THE YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED AND THIRTY-FOUR AND PREVIOUS YEARS, TO RAISE THE EMBARGO ON REAL PROPERTY FOR DELINQUENT TAXES, TO GRANT A TERM OF TEN YEARS FOR THE PAYMENT OF SAID DELINQUENT TAXES AND THE PENALTIES THEREON, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4181, April 21, 1965 ]

AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN BARRIO BALOC, MUNICIPALITY OF STO. DOMINGO, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, TO BE KNOWN AS STO. DOMINGO EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. There shall be established an emergency hospital in the Barrio of Baloc, Municipality of Sto. Domingo, Province of Nueva Ecija, to be known as Sto. Domingo Emergency Hospital.SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-six, Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, April 21, 1965.
