AN ACT AMENDING SECTION ONE OF ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-SEVEN, ENTITLED "AN ACT PROHIBITING THE SALE OF INTOXICATING LIQUORS WITH CERTAIN EXCEPTIONS IN THE MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, NUEVA VIZCAYA, AND AGUSAN, EXCEPT IN CERTAIN DISTRICTS."
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by he authority of the same:SECTION 1. Section one of Act Numbered Twenty-two hundred and eighty-seven is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 1. The sale in the Mountain Province, except in the City of Baguio, and in the Province of Nueva Vizcaya, except in the municipalities of Aritao, Bagabag, Bambang, Bayombong, Dupax, and Solano, and in the Province of Agusan, except in the municipalities of Butuan, Cabadbaran, Talacogon, Jabonga, and Nasipit, of any ardent spirits, ale, beer, wine, or intoxicating liquors of any kind other than the so-called native wines and liquors which members of non-Christian tribes have been accustomed themselves to make, prior to the passage of this Act, is hereby prohibited and declared to be unlawful."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.Approved, November 9, 1931.
