AN ACT TO AMEND ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED AND ELEVEN, KNOWN AS THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, BY INSERTING A NEW SECTION AFTER SECTION NINETEEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY-SIX OF SAID ACT TO BE KNOWN AS SECTION NINETEEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY-SIX-A, RELATIVE TO TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:SECTION 1. Section nineteen hundred and sixty-six-A is hereby inserted after section nineteen hundred and sixty-six of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, known as the Administrative Code, to read as follows:

"SEC. 1966-A. Extension of telegraphic transfer system to other countries.—The Director of Posts, with the approval of the Department Head, may extend the telegraphic transfer service to other countries and places at rates and on conditions determined by him."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.Approved, October 30, 1931.
