AN ACT TO AMEND SECTIONS SEVEN HUNDRED AND NINETY-FIVE, SEVEN HUNDRED AND NINETY-EIGHT AS AMENDED BY ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-FIVE HUNDRED AND THIRTY-EIGHT, AND EIGHT HUNDRED, OF ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED AND ELEVEN, KNOWN AS THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:SECTION 1. Section seven hundred and ninety-five of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, known as the Administrative Code, is hereby amended so as to read as follows:

"SEC. 795. Persons exempt from registration.—Registration shall not be required of dental surgeons of the United States Army or Navy in the Philippine Islands while on duty as such for the members of said Army or Navy, and of dental surgeons from other countries called for consultation."

SEC. 2. Paragraph (a) of section seven hundred and ninety-eight of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, known as the Administrative Code, as amended by section one of Act Numbered Thirty-five hundred and thirty-eight, is hereby further amended so as to read as follows:

"(a) That he is of good moral character."

SEC. 3. Section eight hundred of the same Administrative Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

"SEC. 800. Issuance of certificate of registration.—Every candidate who accomplishes the aforesaid examination in a satisfactory manner shall receive a certificate of registration as dentist: Provided, That no such certificate shall be issued to any candidate who has not attained the age of twenty-one years."All certificates shall be signed by a majority of the members of the Board and shall be attested by its official seal."

SEC. 4. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.SEC. 5. This Act shall take effect on its approval.Approved, October 16, 1930.
