AN ACT CREATING FIVE ADDITIONAL COMPANIES IN THE CONSTABULARY AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR SAID PURPOSE.
By authority of theĀ United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Legislature, that:SECTION 1. Five additional companies are hereby created in the Constabulary, with the necessary commissioned and noncommissioned officers, available for service in the Moro Province.SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred and twenty-eight thousand and one hundred pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the pay, emoluments, clothing, equipment, ammunition, provisions, construction of temporary barracks, and rent and repair of buildings for the additional force provided for by this Act.SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.Enacted, November 4, 1913.
