AN ACT AMENDING ARTICLE THREE HUNDRED AND TWENTY OF THE CIVIL CODE IN FORCE IN THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS, BY FIXING THE AGE OF MAJORITY OF TWENTY-ONE YEARS.
By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Legislature, that:SECTION 1. The first paragraph of article three hundred and twenty of the Civil Code in force in the Philippine Islands is hereby amended to read as follows:
"ACT. 320. Majority commences on attaining twenty-one years of age."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.Enacted, May 10, 1909.
