PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 733

APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DURING THE PERIOD FROM JULY FIRST, NINETEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE TO JUNE THIRTIETH, NINETEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

WHEREAS, it is necessary for the operation of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines that funds be appropriated for the purpose;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby issue this Decree.

SECTION 1. Appropriation of funds.—The following sums or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the. operation of the government of the Republic of the Philippines during the period from July first, nineteen hundred and seventy-five to June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and seventy-six except where otherwise specifically provided:
