PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 1030

AMENDING PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NUMBERED EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY BY INSERTING TWO NEW PARAGRAPHS AFTER PARAGRAPH 4 THEREOF .

I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, in order to effect minor amendments to existing law and to correct certain typographical errors therein, do hereby order and decree the following:

SECTION 1. Two new paragraphs, Paragraphs 5 and 6, are hereby inserted after Paragraph 4 of Presidential Decree No. 890 which shall read as follows:

“5. All acts, decrees, orders, rules and regulations, or parts thereof, which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Decree are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.

“6. This Decree shall take effect immediately.”

SEC. 2. This Decree shall take effect immediately.

Done in the City of Manila, this 22nd day of September, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-six.
