PROCLAMATION NO. 877

DECLARING MONDAY, 03 FEBRUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN

WHEREAS, on 03 February 2020, Monday, the City of Cabanatuan will mark the celebration of its 70th Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cabanatuan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 03 February 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Cabanatuan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 6th day of January, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty.
