PROCLAMATION NO. 775

DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN

WHEREAS, Thursday, February 3, 2005, marks the 55^th Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Cabanatuan;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Cabanatuan be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, February 3, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Cabanatuan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
