PROCLAMATION NO. 514

DECLARING THURSDAY, JANUARY 23, 1969, AS SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN.

In commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the First Philippine Republic formally organized in Malolos, Bulacan, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of authority vested in me by Section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Thursday, January 23, 1969, as a special public holiday in the Province of Bulacan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City at Manila, this 21st day of January, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-nine.
