PROCLAMATION NO. 415

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JULY 23, 2003 AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN BATANGAS CITY

WHEREAS, Wednesday, July 23, 2003, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of Batangas City;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of Batangas City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, July 23, 2003, as a special (non-working) day in Batangas City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 28th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Three.
