PROCLAMATION NO. 404

DECLARING SATURDAY, 03 FEBRUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN

WHEREAS, on Saturday, 03 February 2018, the City of Cabanatuan marks the celebration of its 68th Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cabanatuan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 03 February 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Cabanatuan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 19th day of January, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Eighteen.
