PROCLAMATION NO. 1672

DECLARING TUESDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN PASAY CITY

WHEREAS, Tuesday, December 2, 2008, marks the 145th Foundation Day anniversary of Pasay City;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Pasay City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPACAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, December 2, 2008, as special (non-working) day in Pasay City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
