PROCLAMATION NO. 150

DECLARING FRIDAY AND SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 1 AND 2, 2002, AS SPECIAL NON-WORKING DAYS IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN

WHEREAS, February 3, 2002, marks the 52nd year Founding Anniversary of the City of Cabanatuan;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cabanatuan be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

WHEREAS, such celebration usually covers three (3) days of commemorative activities;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday and Saturday February 1 and 2, 2002, as special non-working days in the City of Cabanatuan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
