PROCLAMATION NO. 1201

CREATING AND DESIGNATING TWO PARCELS OF LAND SITUATED IN BARANGAY BIÑANG, MUNICIPALITY OF BIÑAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA AS AN INCLUSION TO THE EXISTING LAGUNA TECHNOPARK I SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create and designate as an inclusion to the existing Laguna Technopark I — Special Economic Zone, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 06-413 dated 12 September 2006 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), an area located in Barangay Biñang, Municipality of Biñan, Province of Laguna, consisting of TEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN (10,187) SQUARE METERS, as defined by the following technical descriptions:

Lot 5 TCT-146479 Pcs-04-043403-007909

A parcel of land (Lot 5 of the consolidation subdivision plan Pcs-04-043403-007909, being a portion of Lots 1-3, 5-9, Block 2, Pcs-04-005875, LRC Record No. 8374) situated in the Barrio of Biñang, Municipality of Biñan, Province of Laguna. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 4; on the NW., along line 2-3 by Lot 6; on the NE., along line 3-4 by Lot 20 (Road); and on the SE, along line 4-1 by Lot 3, all of the consolidation subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 14 deg. 19’E., 924.81 m. from Mon. No. 23, Biñan Estate;

thence N. 22 deg. 58′ W., 61.35 m. to point 2; thence N. 67 deg. 02′ E., 81.49 m. to point 3; thence S. 22 deg. 59′ E., 61.35 m. to point 4; thence S. 67 deg. 02′ W, 81.50 m. to point of

beginning, containing an area of FIVE THOUSAND (5,000) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm., bearings true; date of original survey, January 1906 – February 1907 and that of the subdivision survey, July 10-15, 1993 and was approved on October 12, 1993.

A parcel of land (Lot 6 of the consolidation-subdivision plan Pcs-043405-007909, being a portion of Lot 1-3, 5-9, Block 2, Pcs-04-005875, LRC Record No. 8374), situated in the Barrio of Biñang, Municipality of Biñan, Province of Laguna.

Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 8; on the NE., along line 2-3 by Lot 20 (Road); on the SE., along line 3-4 by Lot 5; and on the SW., along line 4-1 by Lot 7, all of the consolidated subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 10 deg. 05’E., 1027.05 m. from Mon. No. 23, Biñan Estate;

thence N. 67 deg. 02′ E., 81.50 m. to point 2; thence S. 22 deg. 58′ E., 63.65 m. to point 3; thence S. 67 deg. 02′ W., 81.49 m. to point 4; thence N. 22 deg. 59′ W., 63.65 m. to point of

beginning, containing an area of FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN (5,187) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm., bearings true; date of original survey, January 1906 – February 1907 and that of the subdivision survey, July 10-15, 1993 and was approved on October 12, 1993.
