MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 207

REQUIRING ALL PAPERS PERTAINING TO LEGAL MATTERS BE PREPARED FOR THE SIGNATURE OF THE ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE SECRETARY FOR LEGAL AFFAIRS.

Effective immediately and until further notice, except for matters coming or appealed from the Office of the Auditor General and elevated to this Office for dispositive action, any and all papers pertaining to legal matters shall be prepared for the signature of the Assistant Executive Secretary for Legal Affairs. Those coming or appealed from the Office of the Auditor General shall be prepared for the signature of Assistant Executive Secretary Roberto V. Reyes.
