In respose to the latest weather report that typhoon "Rosing" is forecasted to hit Central and Northern Luzon within the next 12 to 24 hours, all government officials and employees directly involved in disaster preparedness, relief, rescue and rehabilitation, prevention and mitigation activities, are hereby directed to operate on a 24-hour basis for the duration of the emergency situation
