ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 24
SUSPENDING HONORABLE DOMINGO MAGBALON, PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR OF MASBATE, AGAINST WHOM CHARGES ARE PENDING AND DESIGNATING MR. FRANCISCO S. TITONG AS ACTING GOVERNOR DURING SAID SUSPENSION
Pending the final determination of charges filed against Honorable Domingo Magbalon, provincial governor of Masbate, for falsification of public records, and to prevent the possible exercise of official authority to oppress, intimidate, or coerce prospective witnesses against him, I hereby order the immediate suspension of Honorable Domingo Magbalon, provincial governor of Masbate, and I designate in his stead Mr. Francisco S. Titong as acting governor during the period of suspension.
Done at the City of Manila, this seventeenth day of September, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-six, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the first.
