| ABSTRACT : This bill seeks to impose upon the offender the penalties of prision correccional and prision mayor which have the same numbner of years of imprisonment for serious and less serious election offenses, respectively, under the Election Code of 1978.It likewise, seeks to INCREASE the fine of offenders to not less than one hundred thousand nor more than one million pesos, in addition to the penalty of DISQUALIFICATIO N to hold public office and deprivate of right of sufrage. | |

Abstract
