Abstract
This bill is premised on the State policy to promote and pursue the modernization of the National Mapping and Resource Information Authority (NAMRIA) to a level where it can effectively and fully perform its mandate to act as the official surveyingand mapping agency of the Republic of the Philippines, and provide the government and the private sector with reliable geographic information.
