| ABSTRACT : Decentralizes the Payroll Service Division of the Department of Education (DepEd) thereby establishing the Regional Payroll Service (Unit (RPSU) in every regional office of the Department including the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) with the end in view of ensuring the release of salary checks of teachers and other personnel not later than three (3) days before the end onf the month for which such salaries are due. |

Abstract
