Abstract
"The National Printing Corporaiton Act of 2000". To further strengthen the NPO, this measure seeks to convert it to a government-corp oration wholly owned by the National Government, which will in turn give the NPO more leeway in the use of its income and at the same time provide a heftier return on the National Government's investments.
