FULL TITLE : AN ACT INSTITUTIONALIZING REFORMS IN LAND ADMINISTRATION, CREATING FOR THE PURPOSE THE LAND ADMINISTRATION AUTHORITY AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES |
SHORT TITLE : The Land Administration Reform Act of 2004 |
ABSTRACT : "The Land Administration Reform Act of 2004". In line with the government's program to institute reforms in the present land administration system, this measure seeks to consolidate and streamline land administration powers and functions within a single government agency to be known as the Land Administration Authority. Under the present system, land administration is dispersed across the Department of Justice; Land Registration Authority and Register of Deeds; the Department of Environment and Natural Resources; Lands Management Bureau; Land Management Services in the regional, provincial and community offices; National Mapping and Resource Information and the CARP Secretariat and its field offices. |

Abstract
"The Land Administration Reform Act of 2004".
