AN ACT REPEALING SECTION 1 PAR. 4 OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 217, SO AS TO ABOLISH THE SUBSCRIBERS INVESTMENT PLAN AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES (Repeals the provision which requires a telephone subscribers to finance part of the capital investment in theinstallation of telephone lines)
