ABSTRACT : Rationale: This bill would finally ensure growth and expansion of the rubber industry as there will now be a government body, through the Philippine Rubber Development Board, that would carry our pertinent policies and programs towards the end of fully developing the rubber industry, following the success stories of Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.
