Abstract
This bill provides that the NATIONAL minimum wage rates for agricultural and nonagricultural employees and workers shall be those prescribed by the [Regional Tripartite wages and Productivity Boards] NATIONAL WAGES AND PRODUCTIVITY COMMISSION.
