| ABSTRACT : Seeks to grant Social Pension to ALL SENIOR CITIZENS a monthly stipend amounting to a minimum of One Thousand Pesos (Php1,000.00) to augment their daily subsistence and other medical needs, provided that such senior citizen does not receive a pension of more than Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php3,500.00) from the GSIS, the SSS, and other public or private social protection system. | |

Abstract
Seeks to grant Social Pension to ALL SENIOR CITIZENS a monthly stipend amounting to a minimum of One Thousand Pesos (Php1,000.00) to augment their daily subsistence and other medical needs, provided that such senior citizen does not receive a pension of more than Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php3,500.00) from the GSIS, the SSS, and other public or private social protection system.
