Harmonizes the country’s laws with that of the Convention on Cybercrime adopted in Budapist in 2001 to facilitate international cooperation on the prevention of the crimes stated and clarifies cybercrime in the following categories: 1) offenses against confidentiality, integrity and availability of computer data systems; 2) Computer-related offenses; and, 3) content-related offenses. | |

Abstract
"Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2010."
