Abstract
The fifty percent (50%) share of the national government shall accrue to the budget of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, Commission on Higher Education, state colleges and universities and other state-run educational institutions to be apportioned and allocated by the Department of Budget and Management in consultation with the concerned agencies.
