FULL TITLE : AN ACT ESTABLISHING A LEGISLATIVE OVERSIGHT COUNCIL IN ALL LEGISLATIVE DISTRICTS IN THE COUNTRY
ABSTRACT : The State has a duty to promote genuine comprehensive development through massive infusion of socio-hysical infrastructure projects and programs in the countryside. Year after year, however, it has been observed that many government infrastructure projects were accomplished below standards as to the materials and quality of work. As a result, it has produced inferior public infrastructure projects, making it grossly disadvantageous not only to the government but more significantly, to our people.
