| ABSTRACT : Defines terms as follows: an abortive or an abortifacient, and an abortive device.Proposes that the penalties imposed by law - be dispensed to their maximum and that additional penalty of perpetual loss of license to practice the profession by the guilty individuals be dispensed.Seeks to encourage the reporting of violation of the law by exempting the mother on whom an abortion was performed - from criminal prosecution in exchange for her testimony against the physician, midwife, nurse, or health worker concerned. | |
