| ABSTRACT : Tasks the National Commission on the Role of Filipino Women (NCRFW) to determine the authenticity of the claims and identifies of comfort women with the assistance of the various accredited cause-oriented women"s group. Mandates the PVAO to provide Three Thousand Pesos (P3,000.00) monthly pension for comfort women and the Philhealth to provide free full medical insurance to comfort women as may be determine by the NCRFW. | |
