ABSTRACT : This bill provides that sectoral representative SHALL BE ELECTED AT LARGE; provided further that the total number of elective positions in the local sanggunian shall NOT exceed the number of seats prescribed by law, except in provinces and cities where the elction of sangguniang members are elected per district.
