ABSTRACT : The bill prohibits the use of plastic bag, Styrofoam, aluminum foils and non-biodegradable materials as packaging materials of goods sold by sari-sari stores, groceries, market vendors, sidewalk vendors, hawkers, department stores and similar establishments.
