ABSTRACT : The bill authorizes the Home for the Aged and Disabled to provide consultative services, including diagnosis, cure and prevention of diseases of the aged and disabled; rehabilitation hall with facilities for physiotheraphy and gymnasium for physical rehabilitation; a nutrition clinic; and a research ward on the care and treatment of aged and disabled patients. The requirements for admission to the home are: a) at least 62 years of age; b)in the case of the disabled, regardless of age, cannot move freely; c) of good moral character; and d) without any visible means of support. | |

Abstract
The bill authorizes the Home for the Aged and Disabled to provide consultative services, including diagnosis, cure and prevention of diseases of the aged and disabled; rehabilitation hall with facilities for physiotheraphy and gymnasium for physical rehabilitation; a nutrition clinic; and a research ward on the care and treatment of aged and disabled patients.
