ABSTRACT : The bill seeks to punish an officer or employee of the office responsible for the registration of a stolen vehicle with a fine equivalent to the market value of the stolen vehicle or imprisonment of not less than one year. If found guilty, the employee shall be dimissed from the service and shall forfeit all benefits/privileges due him.
